By using Ultimate CRM you agree to these terms.

The service

Ultimate CRM provides CRM, messaging, scheduling, and marketing tools. You are responsible for the content you store and the messages you send through the Service.

Acceptable use

• You must have consent to contact the people in your workspace and comply with applicable law (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC rules, and Meta's platform policies).
• No spam, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to breach the Service's security.

Your data

You own your workspace data. We claim no rights over it beyond what is needed to operate the Service.

Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geulah Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
